Her strong negotiating skills and bank relationships has enabled Terri to stop many families from going into foreclosure over the past 2 decades. Terri and her team are true experts in negotiating short sales with lenders and she has a success rate far above any other agents in the industry across North and South Carolina. She has a strong marketing and banking background which puts her head and shoulders above the rest. Terri truly understands the stress that comes along with moving a family, having done it herself. Terri is an active member at St. Matthews Church and a volunteer/ supporter of the Make a wish Foundation. She has been married to her husband Ross for 31 years and have 3 adult children together. Her favorite pastimes are playing golf, pickleball, travel, and spending time with her husband and family.
